Biomy name is caitlin, though...let's just say my name is the only constant thing there is about me.
i have recently come to terms with the fact that i am absolutley in love with california. it's my favorite place on earth. except that we have a weird flag.
also recently, i have found perfect balance in at least one part of my life. that was achieved by realizing that with only soccer or only theater, my life is seriously lacking. after playing soccer for so long, my body actually misses it when i haven't played in a while (which, with the level i play at, is something that can only be described as a slight case of masochism. and without theater, i miss the adrenaline, the people, and the feeling of putting something together and working your ass off for what seems like an eternity and finally the end result comes and your freaking out and then the audience walks out with one big "WOW" on their faces and you just know it was amazing. with those two things together, i am usually, happy, if usually also exhausted.
other drugs of choice:
the beach. no explanation needed. it's one of the saddest things i can think of, when some poor person from wyoming or something has never seen the ocean. i can't even wrap my mind around it.
laughter. like drugs, but cheaper and with less nasty side effects.
drama kids. some of the most interesting individuals i've ever met.
my friends. i could not possibly survive without my friends. i am lucky enough to have some of the truest and most entertaining friends it is possible to have. they are all odd in their own little ways.
I guess you could say I view the world differently than most people.
and one last think...
life is here. it's all you get, and you only go 'round once. no regrets. c'est la vie. take it or leave it, use it or lose it. so, for the love of God, have fun with it! because, if not laughter and love, what is there to live for?
